    • At Concierge Vehicle Solutions Ltd we collect and use information directly from clients when they contact us, register with us or apply for any of our services. This includes personal data.

      We provide transport solutions and funding to small and medium size organisations plus private individuals.

      As part of our services we sometimes require personal data which would mainly come directly from enquiries via our website, Facebook page, phone calls or face to face interaction with existing or potential clients.

      We need to process personal data for clients and potential clients for their legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party for the benefit of our clients unless there is a good reason to protect the individual’s personal data which overrides those legitimate interests.

      Details that we may require and hold to carry out our services include:

      • Full name, current and previous addresses
      • Contact details including, telephone, mobile and email
      • Job title(s)
      • Current and previous employment
      • Date of birth
      • Employment history
      • Bank details

      Personal details are retained for 5 years from the last date of contact. We do not transfer or share personal data to any third parties other than with vehicle suppliers, funding sources. We never sell personal information.

      We will not disclose personal information to other third parties under any circumstances without a client’s prior permission to do so and then only in relation to those services requested by a client unless required to do so by law.

      You have the right to request us to remove your personal data or obtain a copy of the information that we hold about you. You may request correction or removal of any information that you believe to be inaccurate. Requests will be  completed as soon as possible and definitely within 30 days of our confirmed receipt.

       

      Our website has SSL certification (https) encrypting data exchanged for security purposes and all personal data is held on a secure server based in Europe. Data is also stored on secure password encrypted devices.

      Should we be aware of any data breach we will inform those with personal details held and affected as soon a possible, secure the breach, investigate the incident and if necessary inform the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

  • How can you find the vehicle I want?

    • We complete a Vehicle Checklist with your requirements which lists the specific details you’re looking for and then agree it with you before we begin our search.

  • What happens if the vehicle you find isn’t the one I wanted?

    • We’d continue searching until you are completely happy with the vehicle we find however if you don’t want us to continue then you can cancel at any time by writing to us.

  • When do I pay you?

    • We ask for a retention fee to research the market for you in advance,. The sourcing fee is payable three days after vehicle delivery however we must save you more than the this fee which makes our service self-funding.

  • How long will it take?

    • Three days to three months is usual however we work to our clients timescale. We ask when you expect to take delivery of your new vehicle and work towards achieving that timescale for you. If we know deals will improve in the future we make you aware of this and work with you to meet your needs.

  • Can you help me to part-exchange or sell my existing vehicle?

    • Yes we can. We’ll take the vehicle’s details and let the dealers know there may be a P/X vehicle as part of the deal but to ensure you get full market value we’ll also send the details to our specialist contacts to ask for their best price. You can then choose to P/X or sell depending on the outcomes.

  • Do I pay you for the car?

    • No. You pay the dealer direct when the time comes to do so – the only money we’ll ever ask you for is our fee.

  • What if I am not happy with what you do for me?

    • Customer service is very important to us and we pride ourselves in looking after our clients and so we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee that means you can request a full refund of the fee if you aren’t happy we’ll even call you to check because we truly want you to feel so happy about the service that you’ll come back to us again next time and recommend us to others.

  • Are you the seller of the vehicles?

    • No, we are not motor dealers – we help buyers find their vehicle of choice with a lot less hassle and at a great price. You buy the vehicle direct and title is transferred from the seller to you in the usual way.

  • Will the vehicle have a warranty?

    • Most vehicles will come with a manufacturer or dealer warranty. If for whatever reason there isn’t a manufacturer’s warranty (Kia and Hyundai are 7 & 5 years warranty) We negotiate a warranty for you from the supplying dealer as part of the deal.

  • Can you arrange finance for me?

    • Yes we are registered with the Finance Conduct Authority to source finance products either from dealers or independent funding providers. We are committed to treating our clients fairly so arrange finance for you without adding any commission. However we may receive an introductory fee which we will declare to you before any funding is in place.

  • Where can I get the new vehicle serviced?

    • You can get the vehicle serviced with any dealer of your choice. Obviously vehicles with a warranty should be maintained within the warranty requirements. Regardless of where the vehicle was sourced you can still take it to your local dealer for all servicing and repairs. They’ll be pleased to get the work because they have big targets to achieve so will not turn you away just because you didn’t buy the car or van from there.

  • Why do you charge your clients fees when some car finder businesses don’t?

    • Like any business we need revenue to provide our service. We choose to be transparent about what income we make from helping our clients which is why we clearly show our fees on our website. Those other business must have another source of income and it’s probable that, unlike us, they are tied up to a limited number of suppliers so they can maximise their dealer fees. We don’t want to limit our client’s choice in that way especially if it also means they end up paying more for their vehicles because of a seemingly “free” service.

  • What would you do if I have been given a better price from elsewhere?

    • If we aren’t able to beat a quotation that you’ve received from a dealer direct then we would tell you that you probably already have the very best deal available and to take it without delay because if we can’t beat the quote then that’s exactly what you have. (We might then offer you a job).
